Welcome to the Tandem Training Center e-learning platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, courses, and digital services. By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. User Accounts

To access our e-learning platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment and Course Access
Upon enrolling in a course and paying the required fees, Tandem grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Course access may be available for a limited duration or indefinitely, as explicitly stated on the specific course page at the time of purchase.
No Sharing of Course Materials
All content provided in our courses is for your individual use only. You may not share your account credentials, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit any course content, videos, or downloadable materials without explicit written permission from Tandem.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
All course fees are clearly listed on our platform and are required in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect past enrollments. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other payment gateways integrated into our checkout process.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience at Tandem. Our digital course refund policy is as follows:
Standard 7-Day Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most of our e-learning courses. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial enrollment date.
Usage Limitations: To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course content or downloaded significant portions of the offline materials.
Exceptions: Certain live-streamed masterclasses, intensive coaching sessions, or digital downloadable templates may be strictly non-refundable. Any exceptions to the standard refund policy will be clearly stated on the course description page prior to purchase.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. User Conduct
Respectful Behavior
Tandem fosters a collaborative and respectful learning environment. Harassment, discriminatory language, or abusive behavior toward instructors or fellow students in community forums, live chats, or direct messages is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in activities that compromise the security or functionality of our platform, including data scraping, using bots, uploading viruses, or attempting unauthorized access to other user accounts or administrative panels.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Tandem e-learning platform, including but not limited to video lectures, text, graphics, logos, quizzes, and software, is the exclusive property of Tandem Training Center or its content creators. This material is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tandem Training Center provides educational content for informational and training purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our courses will result in specific career outcomes, employment, or financial gain. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms and Services
Tandem reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as course structures and platform features, at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or by posting a prominent notice on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tunis.
